As a Community Outreach Specialist at the Ho-Chunk Nation, our primary focus is on COVID-19 contact tracing and follow-up. Our specialists work diligently to identify and notify individuals who may have been exposed to COVID-19, offering guidance and support throughout the quarantine and testing process. We ensure that affected community members receive timely information and access to necessary resources, promoting public health and safety within the Ho-Chunk Nation. Our efforts are rooted in a commitment to protecting the well-being of our community by proactively addressing the challenges posed by the ongoing pandemic.
