Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations (FDPIR)

The Food Distribution Program of the Ho-Chunk Nation continues its mission of providing USDA commodity foods to eligible participants who meet reduced income guidelines and are federally recognized Native Americans or elderly individuals residing on or near Indian reservation lands.

Our program offers families a comprehensive food package comprising up to 75 food items, including canned, dried, or fresh produce such as fruits, vegetables, dairy, pasta, poultry, beef, cereal, and flour.

Located in Black River Falls, our main office/warehouse provides daily program services, with additional "tailgate" distributions held every Wednesday at designated sites in Wisconsin Dells, Wittenberg, Tomah, and Nekoosa communities.

Serving the Wisconsin Dells, Wittenberg, Tomah, and Nekoosa areas, along with Adams, Clark, Columbia, Crawford, Dunn, Eau Claire, Jackson, Juneau, Lacrosse, Marathon, Monroe, Polk, Sauk, Shawano, Trempealeau, Vernon, and Wood Counties, our program is committed to assisting those in need. For more information or to seek assistance, please contact our office at (715) 284-7461.
