Ronelle has worked for the Ho-Chunk Nation Department of Health since 2016, she started as the Community Health Nurse for the Wittenberg area. Ronelle transitioned to the Public Health Nurse role in 2020 where she works toward preventing communicable disease through educating community members. As a certified lactation counselor, Ronelle is an active member of the Ho-Chunk Nation Breastfeeding Coalition, which strives to empower mothers, infants, and families to reach their breastfeeding goals. She also works as a QPR gatekeeper trainer, educating individuals on suicide prevention from a community level.
