Managing your diabetes is an essential part of living a healthy lifestyle. The Ho-Chunk Pharmacy Division is proud to have six pharmacists that are Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialists (CDCES). We would love to work with you one-on-one (in addition to your primary care provider) to help you optimize your diabetes medications, lower your blood sugars, and answer any questions or concerns you may have about managing your diabetes. Our CDCES pharmacists can start, stop, and change diabetes related medications and order labs with collaboration with your doctor. They are very knowledgeable to help patients with continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) systems as well!
